This is probably the most difficult subject to discuss in a few words on a web site. The INFORMATION AGE and a host of other buzz words and cliches. The success of ANY ATTEMPT to reach YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE is only as good as the information you have on that audience and how easily you can use that information.

Many Churches, Organizations and Businesses have some data stored in some form on a computer. The problem lies in that MOST computer programs are NOT flexible, are NOT geared toward MARKETING and at best were designed for record keeping -- sound familiar?

At DMS-2001 we use ACT 2000 Contact Management Database software. This Database can be configured to almost any need required. The database pictured above was customized by our staff and contains almost 11,000 customer records.

The picture above shows our actual company database complete with our color theme and logo.

From these databases come all business contacts, scheduling of calls, writing of letters, faxes and email. Simple or complicated searches can be made using filters. You can then target a mailing to a specific group of contacts. It can be set to remind you to mail personalized cards or letters in color next week, month, year, etc.

Since many organizations have some kind of mailing list or "Database", it is possible for DMS-2001 to import your data into your own copy of ACT 2000, in most cases. This can be on your computer or we can quote you a database management fee or pricing for making those mailings for you.
